As an IT Security Specialist , you will play a key role in shaping and driving the development of cutting-edge Information Security solutions. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team to create impactful products and help establish a strong foundation for our business in this critical domain.
Your mission
- Act as a subject matter expert in Information Security to translate IT security standards into product ideas and ensure the highest standards of security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative Information Security solutions.
- Support the creation of a robust Information Security framework for the organization.
- Leveraging the heyData platform, help customers to become compliant with IT Security standards
- Identify and evaluate emerging security trends, threats, and technologies to drive continuous innovation.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners to establish credibility and trust in our solutions.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment where your voice and ideas truly matter.
What we are looking for?
- Experience : 2-4 years of experience in ISO 27001 implementation in several companies
- Expertise : Deep knowledge of Information Security principles, such as ISO 27001 framework and risk management.
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and practices, including vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response.
- Drive : A self-starter with the motivation to build something new and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Communication : Strong ability to convey complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability : Willingness to work hands-on and adapt to the changing needs of a growing startup.
- Languages : Fluent English; German skills are a big plus.
