This is not a "rigid fine dining" role. We are looking for a chef to lead a high-end brasserie

No Ego:
A clear vision paired with an accessible, committed, and hands-on presence in the kitchen.
Modern Management:
A style rooted in respect and emotional intelligence—no shouting, no humiliation, and no fear-based tactics.
Team Builder:
Ability to unite, train, and retain a brigade of 8 to 12 professionals
depending on the season.
Front-of-House Synergy:
You believe in working hand-in-hand with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

English is mandatory.
Fluency in French or Italian is a strong advantage.
Experience:
Solid seasonal luxury hospitality experience. You must be comfortable managing variable volumes, from intimate individual dinners to large-scale MICE groups.
