Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates outstanding organizational skills, particularly in terms of documentation and version-control of copy decks.
- Collaborates closely with content designers and visual designers to craft seamless customer experiences.
- Writes clear, accurate and compelling user interface copy.
- Collaborates with project partners and Experience Strategy team to determine the business objectives that drive content strategy.
- Makes recommendations on user requirements for projects and contributes to project scoping and planning.
- May be asked to obtain competitive experience evaluations and customer data and establish benchmarks for content.
- May assist in developing content creation governance and workflow as well as style, tone, and voice guidelines, including recommendations around brand vision.
- Presents content concepts in collaboration with designers.
- Collaborates with Designers to deliver content in accordance with the design system.
- Contributes to the development of the team’s culture and quality standards.
- Manage and administer design projects.
- Coordinate copy translation
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
- Degree related to writing or design.
- 5-7 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in product design or creating digital experience.
- Good understanding of user-centered design and related design disciplines (experience strategy, visual design, UX writing, design research, interaction design)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of technical and UX writing abilities.
- Experience in a design-related discipline (industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology).
- Expert writing, editing and proofreading skills, with experience writing for online required, and experience in kiosk, Voice, and audio User Interface writing a plus.
- Understanding of interactive design and usability principles and how content strategy and creation contributes to the user experience.
- Have a passion for great experience design and clean documentation.
- Proficiency in adapting processes to meet project needs.
- Willingness to collaborate.
- Self-motivated, flexible, organized, and accountable.
