Responsibilities Transaction consulting and performance of financial due diligence Preparation and review of business plans and financial models (integrated financial models) Preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for investors and clients (due diligence reports, expert opinions, etc.) Review of business plans Further development of our service portfolio and relevant tools Skills Very good German language skills—we communicate with most of our clients in German. Successfully completed degree in economics. At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance/transaction services. Motivation to engage in detail with our clients’ business models.
