Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, customers, competitors, and channel landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive short- and long-term revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 distributors while expanding and optimizing the channel network.
- Identify and onboard Tier-2 distributors; monitor performance to maximize regional coverage and efficiency.
- Set and track sales targets (annual & quarterly) and manage distributor performance through KPIs and regular reviews.
- Monitor sales performance and forecasts; support partners in inventory management, pricing, and commercial policies (rebates, payment terms, incentives).
- Deliver product and commercial training to partners to strengthen sales capability.
- Plan and execute joint marketing activities (e.g., roadshows, workshops) with distributors and the marketing team.
- Ensure effective contract management, order fulfillment, and timely collection of receivables.
- Implement and optimize local sales processes, tools, and channel policies.
