2027 Graduate Trainee - Technical Support Engineer (m/w/d; Full-time) in Frankfurt am Main

This position is part of our 2027 Graduate Trainee Program and is intended for candidates who will graduate in 2027 and have no more than 12 months of full-time professional experience after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate technical support to distributors, partners, and installers via phone and email.
• Analyze technical issues, identify possible solutions or alternatives, and ensure customer inquiries are handled effectively.
• Support product testing and document and report test results internally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and support case information in the CRM system.
• Participate in regular product and technical training to continuously strengthen product knowledge and support capabilities.
• Deliver a high and consistent level of customer service while meeting agreed support and performance targets.

Profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, with expected graduation in 2027 being particularly welcome
• A good team player who is able to work with other team members to achieve team targets
• Good communication skills as well as interpersonal skills to understand customer's needs and meet their expectations
• Positive attitude towards work
• A demonstrable passion for Information Technology
• Very good German and English skills; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
