As Lead Product Designer, you set the quality bar for our app, own our design system and drive our biggest product bets from first idea to shipped result. You are hands-on: you prototype, you craft, you ship. /p pYou will report directly to our Head of Design and work with product and engineering every day. You will be the design partner who keeps the whole product consistent and high quality, together with our Lead UX Writer and a Senior Product Designer. /p pYou will have real ownership on a health product people use every day, in a business-critical, high-visibility role where UX is our top priority. You join a team with high talent density, people who raise your game, and a shared focus on speed, clarity and craft. /p pLocation: Fully remote, open to candidates across the UK and Europe.br/ /p h3Core responsibilities /h3 h3Direction Outcomes /h3 ul liSet the design direction and quality bar across the app, from new features to health insights and early vision work. /li liDefine the success measures for your work and own the business results. /li /ul h3Design System Prototyping /h3 ul liOwn our design system, built to work with AI tools, and keep it consistent through tokens and clear decisions. /li liShow instead of tell, with high-fidelity prototypes and motion built with AI tools and our design system. /li /ul h3Leadership Collaboration /h3 ul liRaise the bar for the team. Support, coach and unblock other designers, and give clear feedback. /li liChallenge product and engineering with evidence, persuade stakeholders and make clear, documented decisions. /li liWork daily with product managers and design engineers. /li /ul h3Background Experience /h3 h3Essential /h3 ul liProven design leadership, with a track record of consistently delivering strong business outcomes. /li li2 to 3 shipped case studies that demonstrate high impact: the problem, your hypothesis, your decisions, the measured result. /li liOutstanding visual design craft: hierarchy, typography, motion and attention to detail. /li liHigh-fidelity prototypes and videos of your work, ideally built with AI tools such as Claude or Lovable. /li liDaily, practical use of AI tools and experience with AI-ready design systems. /li liFluent Figma, including components, variables and tokens. /li liStrong product thinking: you work with data, hypotheses and measurements. /li liIdeally health, consumer, behavior change or regulated products. /li liA public portfolio website (required with your application). /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liMobile apps, connected devices, simple prototypes in code. /li /ul h3How you work /h3 ul liAI first - You are already playing with AI tools and you are excited about what they make possible. /li liBuilder - You ship, and you can spin up something from nothing. /li liBias for action - You are autonomous and self-sufficient.
