Overview

In this role, you lead and develop a high-performing events team within Hilton, ensuring superior service and seamless event execution. You will cultivate strong relationships with clients, organizers, and partners, and drive bookings through a sales-focused approach. You’ll oversee planning, onboarding, training, budgeting, and performance analysis to deliver high-quality experiences while upholding brand standards and safety. This position offers impact across event delivery, revenue growth, and continuous improvement in a global hospitality setting.

• Lead and motivate the events team; conduct performance and development discussions
• Plan and coordinate training programs; onboard new hires
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, event organizers and business partners
• Proactively manage inquiries to convert opportunities into bookings
• Organize and oversee events from planning to post-event follow-up
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and policies
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain relevant systems/databases
• Analyze performance metrics; support forecasting and budgeting; identify revenue opportunities
• Maintain high standards of quality, service and safety; drive process improvements
