We are looking to fill the following full-time position at our Hilton Cologne soon:
- Ensuring & organising a smooth operation of the Front Office & Housekeeping departments, taking into account guest satisfaction.
- Increasing guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring a pleasant atmosphere within the department, as well as personal and friendly guest contact for all employees.
- Compliance with the corporate philosophy.
- Induction, management, development, coaching & talent promotion of the teams in the relevant area, including trainees.
- Involvement in arrangements for major events and responsibility for arrangements and communication in the departments.
- General increase & further development of KPIs per department.
- Support in the strategic orientation and achievement of the defined goals.

Your profile:
- You have a completed vocational training in the hotel industry, sound experience as Front Office Manager and at best Room Division Manager.
- You have gained some experience in the housekeeping area.
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- You have a strong guest and service orientation and enjoy dealing with an international guest audience.
- You are a team leader and always have an open ear for the questions and problems of your team.
- An independent, self-reliant way of working as well as a confident demeanour and commitment are a matter of course for you.
