What You Can Expect from Us

In this role, you take responsibility for a smooth service operation and consistently work to high quality standards. Your tasks include:

• Providing our guests with friendly, attentive, and efficient service
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all legal regulations
• Having a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings and advising guests professionally
• Ensuring that the mise en place requirements of your station are always fully met
• Making sure that all orders are served correctly, consistently, and in a timely manner
• Reporting any irregularities or issues in line with internal procedures
• Maintaining a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company standards
• Reliably adhering to all safety, hygiene, fire protection, and occupational health regulations
