This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team, the largest hospitality group procurement organization globally and an integral division within Hilton. HSM manages the supply chain of over 17,000 hotels worldwide, including both Hilton and non-Hilton branded hotels. We drive economies of scale, negotiate competitive contracts with industry-leading suppliers, and ensure cost savings and value addition for our hotel partners.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Development EMEA, you will oversee business development activities such as lead generation, pitching, and closing new business. You will identify, develop, and support strategic international accounts to drive revenue and market share growth for HSM.
This is a hybrid role based near our European offices in Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, or Watford.

- Drive international business development by signing new ownership groups, management companies, and hotel operators onto HSM programs.
- Focus on new business acquisition and managing strategic relationships at a corporate level across multiple regions.
- Bring strong leadership and business acumen to drive growth and sales.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Sales & Account Management within a corporate/matrix organization, preferably B2B, with an interest in hospitality and procurement.
- Fluent in English and another European language (German or French preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 60%, mainly within Europe.
- Strong negotiation skills for favorable deal-making.
- Collaborative and positive mindset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
