Cook
Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily production of the designated section in accordance with instructions - Provide quality food in collaboration with other members of the F&B team - Ensure varied meals - Participate in and improve the service (provide ideas for innovation and variety of dishes). - Apply HACCP standards and ensure they are respected in the production area - Be attentive to the needs of students
Qualities and qualifications
- Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in cooking or equivalent - 2 years of experience as a cook - Native French speaker with good knowledge of English - Mastery of international recipes, with knowledge of Asian cuisine an asset - Creative, autonomous and flexible - Capable of executing assigned tasks quickly and professionally - Enjoys teamwork
Start date: August and/or September
Contract type: Permanent
Swiss nationality or permit C, B or European CE/EFTA nationality
