We are looking for a talented and experienced Firmware Engineer / Embedded Software Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, verification and validation of firmware and embedded software for our next generation of safety-related control systems. You will work closely with hardware engineers and other team members to develop efficient, reliable and high-performance embedded systems.
Tasks:
- Contribute to the development of firmware for embedded systems
- Implementation and testing of firmware components
- Support in debugging and optimisation of existing firmware
- Documentation of code and technical solutions
- Collaboration with experienced developers in the team
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science or a related field
- Good knowledge of C/C++ programming
- Initial experience with microcontrollers (e.g. ARM Cortex-M)
- Basic knowledge of communication protocols such as Ethernet, UDP / IP, DTLS
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
