TITLE: Automation Software Engineer
LOCATION: Bern area, Switzerland
SALARY: CHF 90K to CHF 110K (up to 115K for very aligned candidates)
FLEXIBILITY: Hybrid: 1 day per week working from home
MAIN TASKS:
- Creating control software for machinery according to the software development process (study, analysis, design, implementation, commissioning, testing)
- Preparation of variant studies, concepts and cost estimates
- Creation of technical documentation and instructions
- Maintenance work on existing software products
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge of PLC programming, ideally experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT-3 but not required
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming
