COMPANY: Our client is a Series A funded Start-Up that is developing a Cloud Provider that’s deeply integrated into the development workflow. Their product transforms deployment into a developer-centric self-service experience, reducing time-to-market and costs. It eliminates the wall by enabling developers to manage their own infrastructure needs. Anything can be deployed from simple front ends to multi service production landscapes and LLMs.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client accelerates innovation by simplifying complex, repetitive, and mundane work that burdens software development and deployment. Their diverse team comes from all walks of life; from big tech, like Google and Amazon, to European tech leaders like SAP and Spotify, to more traditional enterprises, startups, and best tech universities from across the world.
To keep up with their growth, they’re looking for passionate software engineers to join their Professional Services team.
Professional Services helps customers get up to speed with the platform. They work together with the development teams of their customers and help them realize proof of concept projects, like AI use cases. They coach them and drive adoption of the platform within their customers‘ engineering organization.
The daily work within the professional services team includes:
- Aligning custom requirements with customers‘ needs
- Building fast proof of concepts to showcase cutting edge technologies
- Building custom, scalable applications with our customers
- Drafting technical novelties with the team
- Coaching customers on how to integrate the platform into their daily work
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- With the help of a lead engineer, you own features end to end, which includes planning/technical design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- You will be working on customer projects. This includes features like AI chatbots, AI document comparisons, AI voice recognition.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Good knowledge of CS fundamentals
- Good problem solving skills
- Some experience in web development (professional or non-professional)
NICE TO HAVES:
- Fluent German
- Experience with cloud infrastructure
- Experience in the following technologies:
- Python
- Tailwind
- Go
- SQL
- Kubernetes
- Docker
