Identify and win over leading brands and agencies, building tailored partnership setups that meet their marketing goals Drive revenue across digital ad spaces, newsletter placements, parcel inserts, sampling campaigns, and co-branded activations Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and turn results into clear ROI reports for partners Streamline campaign processes by automating repetitive tasks Coordinate sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution, clear timelines, and end-to-end delivery
Требования:
- 2–3 Years of experience in B2B sales or partner management
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk
- Strong commercial drive to close new deals and grow long-term account value while maintaining partner relationships
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline and multiple tasks
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written, with the ability to present, negotiate, and pitch in both languages
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar commercial field, or equivalent practical experience
