Задачи

• Build and own features from initial requirements through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Develop resilient software that helps healthcare teams access critical information and keep essential workflows running during IT disruptions
• Work directly with customers to understand hospital workflows, clarify needs, and translate feedback into product improvements
• Shape the backend architecture, focusing on reliability, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate across engineering and product to deliver a seamless experience from backend services to the user interface
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate development and improve quality, while taking responsibility for shipped code

Требования

• 5+ Years of professional backend engineering experience
• Strong Python skills
• Experience building and operating production applications using PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure
• Strong communication skills; able to discuss technical decisions with engineers and explain solutions clearly to customers
• An ownership mindset, ability to move work forward independently, ask the right questions, and attend to details
• Experience using AI tools in the development workflow
• Collaborative approach and comfort working in a startup where priorities evolve
• Based in Berlin and comfortable working with the team in person
• Будет плюсом: German language skills, healthcare or health tech experience (ideally at a health startup), frontend experience (particularly React), experience building secure and reliable software for regulated environments

Work from the Berlin office 3 days a week, with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week
