- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation through data-driven analysis
- Create analyses and automated reports in BI tools to visualize and document metrics and improve service quality and output
- Develop data-driven solutions using SQL queries and write code for data processing, automation, and data source integration
- Understand ETL data flows and optimize data pipelines to ensure data quality and availability
- Bridge business and IT and promote data-driven decision-making
Требования
- Degree in business administration, business information systems, computer science, or industrial engineering
- Initial experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable analytical role
- Solid knowledge of Qlik Sense and/or Power BI and practical experience developing dashboards and reports
- Solid SQL and PowerQuery skills for data querying, cleansing, and transformation
- Good knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and modern data platforms such as Databricks
- Fluent German and solid English skills, spoken and written
