Задачи
- Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of Business Analysts, UX experts, and developers, and coach employees in project settings
- Manage and prioritize requirements along the product roadmap, account for regulatory requirements such as those of gematik, and translate business requirements into structured user stories
- Manage requirements throughout the product lifecycle and ensure quality, consistency, and traceability
- Work closely with stakeholders from business units, IT, and partner organizations; facilitate workshops and decision‑making sessions; and support sound implementation decisions
- Develop tailored solutions for a more capable and innovative healthcare system through transformation, digitalization, process optimization, and restructuring projects
Требования
- Master’s degree, for example in business informatics, computer science, or healthcare management
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in managing digital products; healthcare experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Requirements Engineering, agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe, and Product Backlog Management
- Experience developing and enhancing digital applications, such as ePA, healthcare platforms, or regulated systems
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- German and English at C1 level or higher
- Agile, curious, ambitious, engaged, and team-oriented, with an ability to think in opportunities and find solutions through focused questions
