Задачи

• Own a major platform migration end to end, from design through production cutover to retiring the legacy system;
• Deliver DevOps work for revenue- and compliance-critical launches on hard deadlines;
• Advance GitOps, ingress, and infrastructure-as-code modernization to reduce configuration drift and manual toil;
• Strengthen observability and incident response, close alerting gaps, and run blameless postmortems;
• Set technical direction across a broad, legacy-heavy stack and raise team capability through knowledge-sharing and mentoring;
• Partner with newly acquired teams as their dedicated DevOps contact;
• Share the weekly working-hours on-duty support rotation;
• Drive ambiguous initiatives through to shipped outcomes;
• Own production outcomes end to end, lead fixes, and turn incidents into blameless postmortems;
• Document decisions, teach teammates, and avoid creating single points of knowledge;
• Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, align priorities, negotiate trade-offs, and clarify ownership boundaries;
• Make and defend decisions under uncertainty, and change course when evidence warrants it;
• Ask openly when information is missing;
• Adopt AI-assisted and agentic development practices and help others adopt them.

Требования

• Senior-level technical fluency in AWS and GCP;
• Experience with Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform and Terragrunt with Atlantis, ArgoCD, Envoy Gateway, Prometheus/Grafana, OpenSearch, Okta, Vault, and a range of datastores;
• Ability to deliver loosely defined initiatives independently;
• Ability to take ownership of production outcomes and lead incident resolution;
• Ability to share knowledge, coordinate across teams, manage trade-offs, and make decisions under uncertainty;
• Willingness to ask questions openly and adopt new ways of working, including AI-assisted and agentic development.
