Задачи
- Act as the team’s primary source for second-line data requests, ensuring data extractions are consistent and meet reporting standards
- Provide independent AFC subject matter analysis to validate the results of business decisions affecting AFC roadmaps, processes, and new tooling solutions
- Strengthen reporting oversight and resolve gaps in operational tasks handled by MLRO teams, working closely with operational AFC teams
- Establish monitoring metrics, including handling times and volume forecasts, to support timely identification of regulatory risks
- Provide specialized and, when required, ad hoc reports to AFC functions to support quick responses to identified risks
- Assist with internal and external audits by submitting data evidence promptly and accelerating audit processes
- Support the AFC Compliance Controls and Review team in designing sampling methods and creating dashboards for second-level controls on internal and external teams
- Respond to data inquiries from the AFC training team to help build content
Требования
- Translate complex Anti‑Financial Crime (AFC) regulatory requirements into data‑driven insights
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
- Strong SQL and Python skills for complex data querying and extraction
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Understand regulatory reporting obligations and ensure consistency across reports submitted by the bank
- Будет плюсом: AFC investigations experience, Salesforce experience, a university degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
