Задачи:
- Design, implement, monitor, maintain, and optimize the SAP Sovereign Cloud system landscape in Germany
- Set up a multi-system landscape architecture and handle integration between heterogeneous system technologies
- Provide on-call support for incidents and performance degradations
- Continuously improve implementation documentation
- Partner with the engineering team to design and enhance cloud operation processes
- Take part in laying the foundation for a unified and competitive business in the regulated industry
Требования:
- Work independently on complex issues and collaborate efficiently with experts across time zones to anticipate issues that affect customer success
- Expertise with GitLab
- Familiarity with Terraform and Ansible
- Expertise with Linux and SUSE
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience with at least some of Kubernetes, Helm, Python, and BASH scripting
- Experience with hyperscaler services, cloud computing, and databases
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask and handle projects, deadlines, and changing priorities
- Willingness to work in a 24 / 7 environment, perform on-call duties, and work flexible shifts
- Experience in cloud operations for at least one SAP solution (e.g. HCM, BTP, SAC) is optional
- Willingness to undergo a governmental security clearance process
