Задачи:
- Create and develop monthly and management reports and relevant KPIs for business management
- Manage budget and forecast processes, including ongoing plan-versus-actual analyses
- Conduct variance and profitability analyses and derive actionable recommendations
- Prepare business analyses to support management and specialist departments
- Build and develop KPI systems and dashboards, particularly with Power BI
- Prepare and analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for action
- Develop and automate existing controlling and reporting processes
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and the development of controlling structures
Требования:
- Degree in business administration, finance, controlling, mathematics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized company
- Extensive experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Very good Excel skills and confident use of ERP systems
- Experience with Power BI and a strong understanding of data-driven business management
- Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of business relationships
- Ability to analyze complex matters systematically and explain them clearly to different stakeholders
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- High initiative and an interest in challenging and developing existing processes
