Задачи

• Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns
• Own paid media channels and advertising budgets
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external service providers, and agencies
• Develop data-driven audience and retargeting strategies
• Ensure tracking, measurability, and reporting
• Analyze campaign results and derive recommendations
• Identify new channels and growth opportunities
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, and Content
• Help shape processes, structures, and ways of working in a newly established marketing team
• Take ownership, act pragmatically, and independently drive initiatives

Требования

• Experience in performance marketing
• Confident use of platforms such as Meta, Google, or comparable systems
• Strong analytical thinking
• Understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
• Interest in automation and AI applications
• Strong sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality
