Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display Own channel KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, and LTV Run structured creative and audience tests, and brief the design and social teams based on performance data Set up and maintain tracking and attribution using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM structure Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts across brands and client accounts Build weekly and monthly reports with insights and next steps Support client communication for EcoBeam Studio accounts through strategy calls, performance reviews, and recommendations Scout and test new channels such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and creator-led ads

Требования:

3+ Years of hands-on performance marketing experience, in-house or at an agency Proven results managing meaningful ad budgets on both Meta Ads and Google Ads Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, ad platform analytics, and spreadsheets Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization A test-and-learn mindset and the ability to explain why campaigns succeed or fail Clear written and spoken English Right to work in Germany Будет плюсом: German, e-commerce or DTC experience (ideally on Shopify), B2B campaigns (LinkedIn Ads) or app install campaigns, creator- и UGC-driven ad formats, ClickUp, Slack, or Microsoft 365
