• Convert ad spend into qualified leads and sustainable pipeline growth for B2B and lead-generation clients
• Connect marketing and sales by understanding the full funnel and helping turn acquired contacts into sales
• Identify new features, platforms, AI developments, and trends early and turn them into competitive advantages for clients
• Help the agency and its clients grow

Требования

• Proven success designing and optimizing B2B and lead-generation campaigns, with a clear understanding of relevant KPIs
• Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Google Search, and an understanding of effective inbound mechanisms
• Explain complex funnel relationships and the interaction between marketing and sales to non-technical stakeholders
• Lead clients strategically as a trusted advisor
• Fluent German and English
• Willingness to take responsibility and proactively drive high-impact topics
