Задачи:
- Define event taxonomies and measurement plans, implement and QA GA4 tracking, and embed analytics in new product features from day one
- Build and maintain scalable Snowflake datasets, including funnels, customer behaviour models, and feature adoption metrics, and generate insights that inform product decisions
- Design and evaluate A/B tests, define success metrics, assess statistical validity, and communicate results to product and engineering stakeholders
- Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reusable query templates so teams can answer questions independently
- Partner with product managers to develop KPI trees, identify measurement gaps, and improve engagement tracking quality and accuracy
Требования:
- Proven experience as a Data or Product Analyst working with customer behaviour data and translating it into product decisions
- Advanced SQL skills, including writing, optimising, and validating queries, building data models, and participating in code reviews
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake, Postgres, or Redshift
- Experience designing and analysing end‑to‑end experiments, including A/B tests and feature flag rollouts, with a solid understanding of statistical validity
- Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
