- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives by business value, user needs, and technological advancements
- Drive quarterly and long-term OKRs
- Champion the product vision from discovery through implementation, focusing on data-driven decisions and impactful results
- Analyze data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses through experimentation, and continuously improve pricing strategies
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, engineers, internal users, and stakeholders across global brands to turn complex requirements into product features
- Drive best practices and continuous improvement in time estimation
- 4+ Years of product management experience delivering complex, data-driven products at scale and achieving tangible results
- Data fluency and experience working closely with engineers, data scientists, or analysts
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to find scalable solutions to complex problems
- Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a cross-functional team, and managing senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate differing business needs into impactful product solutions
- Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning cross-functional global teams
- High autonomy and reliability, ownership of long-term OKRs, and ability to turn complex challenges into clear product plans
