Define and drive the product vision and roadmap, balancing user needs, business goals, and market opportunities Use qualitative research, user feedback, and quantitative analytics to prioritize decisions and identify high-impact opportunities Define a best-in-class leasing and new car experience that is intuitive, trustworthy, and differentiated Design and run A/B tests and iterative experiments to validate strategic bets around acquisition, engagement, and conversion Align engineering, design, data science, commercial teams, and senior leadership around a shared direction Set domain KPIs, track progress, and ensure accountability for outcomes Own the leasing and new car experience from discovery through conversion Lead a strategic initiative to expand the company’s proposition in the leasing and new car domain
Требования
3-5 Years of product management experience, including end-to-end product ownership, shipping meaningful features, and measurable business impact Able to set product direction, validate it with data, work with ambiguity, and structure problems Deep understanding of the significance of new car and leasing decisions for consumers Strong communication and influencing skills, including building alignment and presenting a compelling product story Commercial awareness of revenue, margins, and market positioning Genuine interest in the leasing and new car market Будет плюсом: experience with financial products, subscriptions, transactional flows, e-commerce, classifieds, automotive, or financial products
