Задачи
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through clear, timely, and consistent communication
- Translate client needs into clear requirements, actions, and deliverables for project teams and delivery colleagues
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, develop mitigation plans, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- Report project progress, actions, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders and clients
- Support project proposals where required and manage client change requests in a structured, commercially aware way
- Keep projects moving in a busy delivery environment, balancing pace, quality, and stakeholder confidence when priorities or timelines shift
- Take ownership of digital learning projects and ensure project objectives are met through planning, time management, budget control, risk management, and clear communication
Требования
- Experience in project management in e-learning or a related field
- Experience managing e-learning projects, particularly within compliance learning or regulated environments
- Good understanding of project management tools, processes, and methodologies
- Strong organisation and coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Calm, resilient, and solutions‑focused, with the confidence to respond constructively when priorities shift or challenges arise
- Strong client and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to create clarity and maintain momentum
- Passion for quality, continuous improvement, and delivering strong client outcomes
- German and English at C1 level
