• Develop and own an overarching quality strategy for microservices, microfrontends, and legacy systems
• Build a modern, scalable testing landscape
• Establish standards and processes
• Enable developers to ensure quality sustainably
• Ensure structure, stability, and quality in a growing software organization

Требования

• Deep understanding of modern testing strategies, including the test pyramid, unit, component, contract, E2E, and performance testing
• Strong TypeScript skills and practical experience with Playwright, Jest, and/or Vitest
• Experience with microservice architectures, microfrontends, and API/contract testing
• Expertise in building and developing test automation and test frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
• Strong architectural and systems understanding, including legacy integration
• Ability to coach developer teams and build a quality culture
• Proficiency in German and English
• Ownership, strong prioritization, and systems thinking
• Будет плюсом: domain-driven testing, test data strategy and test environment management, non-functional testing (performance, security, reliability), automotive, ERP, or finance industry knowledge
