• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and analysts in a cross-functional environment
• Design, launch, and iterate on A/B experiments to help the mission team learn about customers
• Continuously improve the codebase, systems, and processes
• Design and develop efficient, scalable solutions
• Mentor team members and participate in hiring
• Work across the full stack using a variety of technologies and frameworks

Требования:

• 6+ Years of software development experience with distributed systems or search engines
• High proficiency in Java
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems
• Experience building reliable and observable systems
• Mature judgment in using AI tools and proactively leading the team in adopting and evaluating new AI technologies while maintaining quality, security, and governance standards
• Ability to turn ideas into fast, reliable, and maintainable code
• Ability to prioritize and manage stakeholders
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• A positive, proactive approach and passion for the craft
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
