Задачи
Understand teams’ work, hiring needs, and performance expectations, and translate them into clear candidate profiles Research talent markets, identify promising candidates, and write thoughtful outreach Build relationships with candidates for current and future roles Support searches across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations, partnering with hiring managers on strategy, sourcing, candidate conversations, and process coordination Take on increasing ownership of searches as experience grows Help define assessment criteria, prepare interviewers, and keep evaluations evidence-based Share observations about the candidate pipeline and flag inconsistencies Use AI to improve research, sourcing, preparation, and coordination Experiment with agents and workflows, identify repetitive work to automate, and use the time saved to build better judgement and stronger relationships

Strong judgement, initiative, and commitment to mastering hiring Genuine interest in finding and understanding people and helping them find the right opportunity High standards and willingness to learn from unsuccessful searches and try a better approach Curiosity about how businesses and teams work and how hires can contribute Ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly and ask thoughtful questions Ownership, structure, follow-through, and willingness to raise questions early Comfort forming a point of view, receiving feedback, and improving it Interest in AI and building better workflows; experience experimenting with AI or eagerness to learn Experience in Talent Acquisition is not required Будет плюсом: experience in recruiting, sourcing, operations, a founder’s office, or another hands‑on role
