• Define the best sourcing strategy for each assigned role in agreement with the Manager
• Lead the recruitment process and act as the point of contact for all stakeholders
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process and create a unique candidate experience
• Actively search for and identify the best candidates and contact them
• Monitor relevant target markets and stay up to date with trends and developments
• Build a candidate pipeline and actively manage candidate relationships
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from discussing new roles with managers and interviewing qualified candidates to creating a shortlist of top talent

Требования

• Higher education in business administration, social sciences, human resource management, business informatics, or logistics, or significant experience in a similar role
• Passion for recruiting top talent and enjoyment of working in international teams
• Confidence using sourcing tools and keeping up with new trends and innovations
• Consultant and partner mindset, ambition to contribute to a larger mission and advance recruitment
• Self-confidence, a can-do attitude, strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent command of French and English, plus Spanish or Italian
