Задачи
- Advise Product, Business, and Legal teams on tax implications for product launches, restructurings, and international expansion
- Design scalable tax processes, workflows, and controls
- Lead external tax audits, act as the primary contact for German tax authorities, and manage relationships with external tax advisors
- Oversee accurate and timely German CIT, VAT, and WHT filings
- Translate tax legislation into actionable advice for stakeholders across Product, Legal, Marketing, and Accounting
- Identify tax efficiencies, drive automation, and refine internal tools, including Workday as ERP
Требования
- Hold mandatory official German tax advisor certification (Steuerberater/in)
- Have 5+ years of relevant tax experience at a leading tax consulting or accounting firm, or in a fast-paced in-house tax function
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax, Law, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- Have a comprehensive understanding of German CIT, VAT, and WHT, or be eager to cover the full spectrum of tax topics end-to-end
- Have strong Excel skills and an affinity for financial systems and automation
- Demonstrate pragmatic problem-solving, effective prioritisation, strong communication and influence, and a hands-on ownership mindset
- Be professionally fluent in German and English, written and spoken
