- Conduct user research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing
- Translate user needs and research findings into clear, validated design concepts
- Create user journeys, user flows, and interaction models
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Create high-fidelity, implementation-ready UI designs in Figma
- Work with design-system components, variables, and tokens
- Simplify complex, data-heavy workflows through intuitive UX/UI solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and development teams
- Document design decisions, interaction logic, and component behavior
- Assess usability and accessibility and provide recommendations
- Present designs, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders
- 3–6+ Years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Strong experience in user research, usability testing, and design validation
- Experience creating user flows, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design
- Excellent Figma knowledge, including Variables, Tokens, and Dev Mode
- Experience working with cross-functional and/or Scrum teams
- German and English proficiency
- 1-Year opportunity with P3 Digital Services, starting in November 2026
- 90% Remote and approximately 10% onsite in Berlin
