TBO Digital GmbH is a design, tech, and consulting agency based in Berlin. It designs and develops digital products, apps, and web applications for clients, covering UX concept development, design, and development support, and provides strategic consulting.
Задачи:
- Learn about the agency’s projects, clients, and their design systems;
- Become familiar with existing concepts and ongoing projects;
- Take on initial concept and UI tasks, including wireframes, prototypes, and screens;
- Support client meetings and workshops as part of the team;
- Own projects from gathering requirements and developing concepts through handoff to development and support during implementation;
- Advise clients and present and defend concepts;
- Plan and facilitate workshops with clients and the team;
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate user interviews and tests;
- Handle complex UX tasks in large applications and maintain and evolve design systems (Design Ops);
- Estimate effort for proposals and coordinate closely with PM and development;
- Introduce AI into design processes;
- Optionally take on subject-matter responsibility for a topic or area, without disciplinary management.
Требования:
- Experience as a UX/UI Designer in an agency environment and in interdisciplinary teams with PM and development;
- Confidence in consulting, client communication, and workshop facilitation;
- Experience with complex UX work in large applications and with building, maintaining, and evolving design systems (Design Ops);
- Very good Figma skills;
- German proficiency above C1;
- Nice to have: knowledge of iOS and Android guidelines, agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
Условия:
- 32 Hours per week, with an option to work up to 40 hours;
- Salary for a 40-hour week: 54.000 – 62.000 EUR gross per year, plus bonus;
- Bonus model in addition to fixed salary;
- Three fixed office days (Monday–Wednesday);
