Задачи:

• Work on projects using Python, SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and cloud technologies;
• Lead project streams and delivery teams, and oversee effort in line with project requirements;
• Ensure system and data architecture meet functionality and performance requirements;
• Design, implement, test, and advise on solutions;
• Develop automated data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, particularly on Databricks;
• Ensure data quality, security, and efficient ETL/ELT data flows;
• Transfer knowledge, coach, and train customers;
• Create and maintain technical documentation for complete solutions;
• Select suitable delivery models;
• Identify, assess, and implement optimization and business opportunities, including selected sales activities with the sales team;
• Build and maintain internal and customer networks, developing senior-level customer relationships;
• Qualify tenders from a technical perspective, analyze customer requirements, assess feasibility, and contribute to proposals;
• Design solutions for proposals and prepare effort estimates and calculation bases;
• Conduct customer workshops.

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field;
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL;
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Experience providing professional leadership to delivery teams;
• Experience in AI, ML, DWH, BI, Data Engineering, or related fields;
• Ability to assess and take responsibility for robust architectures, and to demonstrate and communicate them effectively;
• In-depth understanding of architectures, solutions, and strategic direction in Data Analytics;
• Databricks or comparable data platform certification, or an equivalent cloud certification;
• Strong consulting and presentation skills; able to persuade in unfamiliar environments;
• Enjoys teamwork and independently developing new topics; Team-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-reliant, and motivated;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English;
• Nice to have: experience with SAP data landscapes and Databricks migrations.
