Задачи:

• Analyze security risks and vulnerabilities, assess them, and define appropriate measures
• Own vulnerability management, from prioritizing identified vulnerabilities to ensuring their sustainable remediation
• Provide functional leadership to the IT security team, set priorities, and support technical decisions
• Develop the security architecture and technical security solutions with the team
• Apply security expertise to Microsoft Cloud and Azure environments and the hybrid IT landscape
• Work closely with the external Security Operations Center and coordinate security incident analysis and response
• Advise IT and business departments, translating security requirements into practical technical solutions and processes
• Develop security concepts, processes, and policies, and strengthen security awareness through targeted measures

Требования:

• Several years of practical IT security experience, for example in security engineering, vulnerability management, or security operations
• Experience with SIEM, security monitoring, and incident response; experience working with a SOC is preferred
• Cloud security experience, ideally with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or Entra ID
• Broad technical security knowledge and the ability to analyze, assess, and prioritize risks and vulnerabilities
• Practical experience with Identity & Access Management, endpoint, network, and infrastructure security
• Hands-on approach, confidence using security tools, and ability to develop solutions with other IT specialists
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001 or IT-Grundschutz
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
• German at C1 level or higher and English at B2 level or higher
