This role partners with an established marketing analytics team that is actively driving the strategy, roadmap, and cross‑functional unification of measurement across brand, growth, and retention.We're looking for a senior measurement leader with hands‑on data science depth to support and elevate an established marketing analytics team. The team owns strategy, roadmap, and cross‑functional measurement — you bring technical rigor, modeling depth, and outside experience to accelerate their work.Responsibilities:Measurement & modeling — provide senior support across the full portfolio: MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, website analytics, CM360 reporting, and growth journey analytics. Lead the technical implementation of MTA 2.0, partnering with the team that owns strategy and roadmap.Methodology & rigor — pressure-test assumptions, validate outputs, and guide reconciliation across measurement approaches so stakeholders know which signal to trust for which decision. Bring clarity to complex methodological questions, including privacy‑resilient measurement.AI & advanced analytics — apply ML, statistical modeling, and AI (including LLM‑based workflows and modeled conversions) to improve measurement quality, speed, and scalability.Mentorship — develop team members on measurement craft, modeling depth, and data science methods. Build advanced analytics capability within the function over time.Cross Functional Communication — translate technical measurement outputs into clear language for marketing, finance, and executive audiences. Support the team's credibility in cross‑functional forums.What success looks like:Own the strategy for MTA revamp, including implementation, validation, and trust — with clear reconciliation against MMM and incrementalityEnsures measurement rigor is visibly elevated across the portfolioIntroduce and test AI and modern analytics platforms to improve overall capabilities and measurement effectivenessManage methodological choices, ensuring they’re well‑documented, defensible, and trusted by business stakeholdersRequirements:10+ years of experience in marketing analytics and measurement roles, with significant time in senior positionsDeep expertise across MMM, multi‑touch attribution, incrementality testing, website analytics, and growth/funnel analyticsHands‑on background building or leading MMM and MTA models — with depth to implement, not just overseeStrong data science foundation: regression, Bayesian methods, time‑series, and ML applied to marketing measurementApplied AI experience in marketing analytics — LLM‑based workflows, modeled conversions, or measurement automationProficiency in SQL and Python (or R); familiarity with GA4, CM360, and BI toolsExperience mentoring analytics talent across measurement and data scienceeCommerce background required; DTC/subscription, and multi‑channel experience strongly preferredStrong communicator; ability to influence cross‑functional teams and Leaders across the organizationComfortable as a senior partner supporting a team that owns strategic directionPreferred:Experience applying generative AI or LLMs to analytics workflows (insight generation, automation, self‑serve)Hands‑on knowledge of privacy‑resilient measurement approaches (server‑side tracking, modeled conversions, data clean rooms)Familiarity with modern data stack tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt) and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
