As an interface to product‑related areas such as product and process development, the team works closely with other departments to ensure quality at every stage of product development.

We are looking for quality‑conscious talents who would like to contribute to continuously improving our quality processes with analytical thinking.

Skill Check

• Completed technical vocational training
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of measuring instruments
• Knowledge of core tools (such as FMEA, SPC, 8D method)
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Confident use of standard MS Office applications

Challenge Check

• In the context of customer complaints, you coordinate the processing of complaints and problem solutions using the 8D method
• Maintenance and use of the complaint tool (Babtec)
• Support and relief for quality assurance by taking on support functions and administrative tasks
• Internal and external contact persons to ensure high quality in all phases
• Additional support for advance quality planning in process development (AQPQ)
