Improve testing methods, processes, and knowledge sharing activities
Support global R&D projects for high‑voltage switching technologies
Your background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience in testing, R&D, laboratory environments, or power systems engineering
Knowledge of electrical power systems and testing principles
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and collaborate
Fluent English and basic German skills (or willingness to learn)
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
