Job Description: Über die Position Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Bad Honnef suchen wir dich als Ingenieur Elektrotechnik für Transformatoren (w/m/d). In dieser Rolle unterstützt du die elektrische Auslegung unserer kundenspezifischen Großtransformatoren. Du verbindest technisches Verständnis mit wirtschaftlichem Denken und stellst sicher, dass Kundenanforderungen praxisnah und kostenbewusst umgesetzt werden. Auch bei komplexeren Aufgaben arbeitest du strukturiert und stimmst dich konstruktiv mit internen und externen Schnittstellen ab. Das kannst du bewirken

Du arbeitest an der elektrischen Auslegung kundenspezifischer Großtransformatoren, z.B. mit Blick auf Spannungsfestigkeit, Verluste, Erwärmung, Geräusche und Isolationskonzepte

Du unterstützt bei Angebots‑ und Auftragsberechnungen sowie bei Kosten‑ und Variantenkalkulationen unter technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten

Du analysierst technische Kundenanforderungen, leitest passende Auslegungskonzepte ab und prüfst deren Umsetzbarkeit in der Fertigung

Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Einkauf, Fertigung, Qualität und Prüffeld zusammen und unterstützt bei technischen Fragestellungen

Du begleitest die technische Klärung von Kundenanforderungen von der Angebotsphase bis zur Umsetzung

Du bringst dich in lokale und internationale Entwicklungs‑ und Verbesserungsprojekte ein

Du unterstützt bei der Auswertung von Testergebnissen, Abweichungen und technischen Optimierungspotenzialen

Das bringst du mit

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Energietechnik

Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der elektrischen Auslegung von Transformatoren mit – gerne geben wir auch Einsteigern die Möglichkeit, sich in dieses Thema einzuarbeiten

Du gehst sicher mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) um; Kenntnisse in AutoCAD sind von Vorteil

Du kommunizierst auf Deutsch und Englisch

Du arbeitest analytisch, sorgfältig und bringst ein gutes Kostenbewusstsein mit

Du bist teamorientiert, lernbereit und gehst Aufgaben proaktiv und lösungsorientiert an
