Join our diverse, talented, performing and supportive team. /ph3How you'll make an impact /h3ulliLead root cause analysis in GIS quality cases. /liliDrive the quality cases affecting multiple customers. /liliOwner of internal and external customer complaints and ensure a fast and sustainable solution. /liliProject management of bigger quality cases, identify improvements and drive their implementation. /liliPrepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders. /liliRun sustainable improvement projects to prevent quality issues to repeat. /liliProvide support for and / or lead on-site investigations. /liliPrepare method statements for troubleshooting cases. /liliDeputing of Quality assurance function with Audits preparation and leading. /li /ulh3Your background /h3ulli3 - 5 years of Experience in Electrical power systems. /liliBackground in quality function or project management in gas-insulated switchgear field. /liliProfound understanding of project management practices. /liliKnowledge and experience with root cause analysis methodologies and tools (8D, A3 etc.). /liliExperience in commissioning GIS systems is a plus. /liliFluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial. /liliExperience in quality management and / or project management will be considered a plus. /liliGood communication and cultural sensitivity. /li /ulh3More about us /h3pOur flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow. /ppHitachi brings together the world’s greatest minds to help breathe life into new possibilities - and drive innovation for a better future.
