Based in our Product Management and Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with Country Installed Base Managers around the globe, safeguard the accuracy of service history and asset data, and empower Sales, Service, and technical functions with dashboards and analyses that drive business decisions.How you'll make an impactSafeguard the data quality of the global installed base for our Swiss-manufactured high voltage productsBuild strong working relationships with our Country Installed Base Managers worldwide, act as their central product counterpart, and jointly identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and prioritiesPrepare, analyze, and enrich large data sets, identify errors, and continuously improve data qualityDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and tailored analyses that empower Service Sales, Area Sales Managers, and technical troubleshooting teamsDeliver cross-functional digital analyses and dashboards that create value beyond the installed base scopeEnsure a smooth data handover from new business to service in close collaboration with the Quality department, and partner with Field Service Management to keep field data accurateYour backgroundBachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, data science, or a related field; open to both recent graduates and candidates with some years of relevant experienceStrong analytical mindset and a passion for data quality, with structured and reproducible ways of workingExperience with Power BI, or a clear motivation to build up these skills; SAP knowledge is beneficial and SQL is a plusCuriosity and a problem-solver's mindset: you enjoy digging into complex topics and designing pragmatic solutionsA balance of vision and adaptability, with comfort in guiding stakeholders through changeStrong collaboration and communication skills across functions and regionsFluent English is mandatory; German and any other language are considered an assetMore about usWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
