It is available in 13 countries. This opportunity exposes high-potential graduates to different roles and experiences across various Business Units and Functions within Hitachi Energy. The program offers a unique learning and career development experience; it will take you across (3) six-month long rotations (18 months in total). The second rotation may be done abroad, depending on your chosen project and the availability of business opportunities. Focused on projects that broaden your skillset, each rotation will be within a different segment of our business, which you will be able to choose yourself. The position will be open for applications until the end of October 2026. You will receive information about the time plan for the continued process in the notification after the first selection round.
