Job Summary
Join our dynamic Engineering team in the Regional Center of Competence, Europe Hub, as Project Manager Engineering. Lead technically the execution and tendering of cutting‑edge eMobility electric power supply infrastructure projects—including DC charging solutions for electric buses. Shape technical solutions, lead engineering efforts across MV & LV distribution systems and power conversion equipment, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence. Responsibilities
Take technical lead in execution and tendering of eMobility electrical infrastructure projects (e.g., bus depots, terminal charging stations). Support and guide local execution and tendering teams. Own all engineering activities across project lifecycles—from concept to commissioning. Collaborate internally with Local Operating Units, Sales, R&D, Product engineers, Supply chain, Site Installation & Commissioning teams and externally with customers, suppliers. Coordinate and supervise remote engineering teams for primary and secondary engineering tasks. Design power supply system architectures, perform sizing calculations, and prepare technical specifications. Evaluate supplier offers and support procurement processes with Supply Chain Management. Provide technical expertise during tendering and project execution phases. Translate customer requirements into optimized, compliant technical solutions. Lead technical discussions with clients, resolve site queries, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Ensure safety, compliance, and engineering excellence throughout the project. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering with a focus on Power Electronics or Power Systems. 7–10 years of experience in MV/LV power distribution systems and electrical systems design & engineering. Experience with DC power supply systems, power converters, energy storage, or harmonic filtering is a plus. Strong knowledge of engineering tools and software (BIM, CAD, ETAP, MathCAD). Proactive, results‑driven mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills. Committed to safety, quality, and continuous learning. Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer and project meetings. Fluent in English and French. Compensation & Benefits
