Ihr Verantwortungsbereich CNC-Fräsen von duroplastischen Laminaten Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Arbeitssicherheit Maßkontrolle der gefertigten Teile durch Selbstkontrolle. Selbständiges Einrichten, und Bedienen und ggf. Programmieren von CNC Maschinen Eigenständige Optimierung von Programmen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Programmierung Durchführung und Dokumentation von Maß- und Qualitätskontrollen Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs und aktive Störungsbeseitigung Arbeiten sowohl im Team als auch an Einzelarbeitsplätzen Engagierte Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe am Arbeitsplatz
Ihr Hintergrund Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in, Industriemechaniker/in, Werkzeugmacher/in oder vergleichbare CNC-Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im CNC-Fräsen Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse an Maschinensteuerung (idealerweise Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Mazatrol) Steuerung. Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (bis zu 3 Schichten) Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
