Anlage und Pflege von Kundenprojekten in SAP S/4HANA Operative Abwicklung von Projekten im SAP-System während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen an Unterlieferanten Erstellung und Verfolgung von Zahlungsanforderungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Rechnungsabwicklung Sicherstellung korrekter Projekt-, Bestell- und Finanzdaten im SAP-System Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Projektmanagement, Einkauf, Vertrieb, Finance und Logistik Überwachung relevanter Projekt- und Prozessdaten sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen in SAP S/4HANA Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessdokumentatione Ihr Hintergrund
