The Global Power+ Graduate Program is our flagship early career rotational program. It is available in 13countries. This opportunity exposes high-potential graduates to different roles and experiences across variousBusiness Units and Functions within Hitachi Energy. The program offers a unique learning and careerdevelopment experience; it will take you across (3) six-month long rotations (18 months in total). The secondrotation may be done abroad, depending on your chosen project and the availability of business opportunities.
Focused on projects that broaden your skillset, each rotation will be within a different segment of our business,which you will be able to choose yourself. You will join us as a full-time employee, and from day one in theprogram, you will be in the driver’s seat of your career. Your background
- Master’s degree in engineering within STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology, Math) relateddegrees, e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, industrialengineering, energy systems engineering, physics, computer science, or a related discipline
- No more than 2 years of professional experience within your field of studies after graduation
- Excellent knowledge of English, German and additional languages are considered as an advantage
- Valid work permit to work in Switzerland
- Great collaboration skills and intercultural sensitivity
- A high level of drive and personal ownership with a genuine interest in making the future of energy more sustainable
The program's start date is 1st April 2027. The position will be open for applications until the end of October 2026. Youwill receive information about the time plan for the continued process in the notification after the first selectionround. The date for the assessment center, which is the final step of the recruitment process, is planned to takeplace in early December 2026.
